I am a software nerd with years of previous restaurant experience that just didn't want to sit in front of a screen all day. So I set out to perfect classic favorites in a way that you'll love and have never experienced before.

Our first offering - chocolate brownies - was the perfect match to launch our ultra premium baked goods store. We searched across the country for something close to what I wanted to make, but just couldn't find it. After almost 40(!) different recipes I ended up with the fudgiest, chewiest brownies you'll ever eat. We want to bring that love we have from our kitchen to your front door.

We only use the absolute best ingredients available. Couverture chocolate, high fat cocoa powder, and unsalted creamery butter are just a few of the top ingredients available.

No shortcuts. Ever. No fillers, no preservatives, no weird dough conditioners. Our methods will always be batch made and labor intensive, just the way we like it.
